Can a free user create a buyer request?
Yes. Free users can keep 1 open Match request and compare up to 2 proposals at a time. Investor, Advisor, and Team plans can keep 3 open requests and compare up to 4 proposals.
Are the buyer's contact details shared?
No. Discoverable requests show the buyer's display name and public profile, but never their email address, phone number, or other private contact details. Private-link requests can remain anonymous.
Who can respond to a Match request?
Authenticated agents, owners, developers, and other property representatives can respond after setting up a reusable seller profile. The profile keeps their professional and contact details consistent across proposals.
How is Match different from the Realvory Index?
Match measures how closely a proposal fits one buyer's required and preferred criteria. The Realvory Index is a separate property screening signal and is never blended into the Match percentage.
How long does a Match request stay open?
A published private link is active for 30 days unless the buyer pauses or closes the request earlier. Proposal availability becomes stale after seven days and can be reconfirmed by the submitting agent or seller.
