Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 2026

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Realvory subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@realvory.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the billing period ends.

2. Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge or system error)
  • Applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund
  • The service was materially unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our end

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge to support@realvory.com, including your account email and a description of the issue.

3. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, no charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the standard refund policy above applies.

4. Downgrades

If you downgrade from a paid plan to a lower tier or the free plan, no partial refund is issued for the remaining days in your current billing period. Your plan change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle, our third-party payment provider. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank or card issuer's processing times.
