Welcome to Microreal ("we", "our", "us"). We operate the Realvory platform ("Platform"), which provides AI-generated property analysis and investment insights for the UAE real estate market.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our Platform. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

  • Authentication credentials (passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text)

  • Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the Platform
  • Search queries and filter preferences
  • Click patterns and navigation paths

c. User-Generated Data

  • Saved property listings (portfolio)

  • Subscription and billing information (processed securely by our payment provider, Paddle)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Service delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features, including AI-generated property scores and insights
  • Personalisation: To remember your preferences, saved searches, and portfolio
  • Communication: To send account-related notifications, service updates, and (with your consent) marketing communications

  • Payment processor: Paddle processes subscription payments; we do not store your full payment card details

  • Legal authorities: Where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and European Union, where our infrastructure providers operate. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
