These outputs are automated estimates and should be treated as starting points for research, not as definitive assessments of property value or investment potential.

2. No Investment or Financial Advice

Nothing on this Platform constitutes:

• Investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any property
• Financial planning, tax, or accounting advice

9. Regulatory Compliance

Realvory is not regulated by RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency), SCA (Securities and Commodities Authority), or any financial regulatory authority. We do not hold any real estate brokerage licence, financial advisory licence, or similar regulatory authorisation.
